Step by step we will work together with you the buyer to be sure that we are all satisfied with the transaction. Chris and I have bought and sold properties in the U.S. a few times and we feel comfortable using a purchase agreement with simple verbiage both parties can understand.
Once we agree to a price and all parties sign the form we can open escrow with a trusted attorney here in Costa Rica. If you already have an attorney, that you like to work with already, that's great too. No real estate agents are needed.
