Why are we selling our beautiful home?

Hi there!


We are Chris and Lora, and we currently live in Paquera, Costa Rica. Paquera is a beach town on the Nicoya Peninsula with stunning water and nature attractions. Over the last three years we have had the amazing opportunity to build our dream property and live in one of the five Blue Zones on the planet! Unfortunately, our elderly parents have become ill and require us to move back to the U.S. to care for them.

The property includes two fully furnished houses. Everything from the furniture, TV & kitchen utensils to linens, pillows and blankets. All you will need is your toothbrush and summer clothes.
