Homeowners Insurance including both houses costs $1520 (USD) per year
The cost could increase if you want additional coverage.

Internet and U.S. Cable TV

Cable TV and Internet for both houses cost $145 (USD) per month.
(just the Cable TV cost is $20 (USD) per house/ per month)
Depending on the internet speed you chose, it could cost more.

Electricity

Electricity costs vary by season and occupancy. Casa Quantum and Casa Colina are on separate meters.
The average monthly costs for each are:
Casa Quantum: $75- $150 (USD)
Casa Colina: $30 - $150 (USD)

Solar panel system

It is recommended that we do an inspection once every three years. Recent solar inspection report cost us $150.
Hot water system also should be inspected every 18 months and that costs $200.
